OA Celebrates Black History Month with Traditional African Drumming and Dance!

Master percussionist and dance instructor Benjamin Ofori leads a group of OA students, teachers and administrators in a drumming session.
On Friday, February 4th, during advisory period, Benjamin brought examples of Ghanian crafts and hand made instruments such as the Djembe drums shown here. Singing, dancing and drumming made for a lively afternoon at Orinda Academy!
